Every treatment at The Skin Practice is delivered within the RQF clinical framework and is performed on council registered and inspected premises to ensure the highest clinical standards and outcomes.
We work exclusively with respected, clinical-grade equipment and products from leading brands including Plasma Pen, Zemits, and MediMD. Treatments and aftercare are supported by our own prescribed homecare line, Skin Cult Clinical dispensed exclusively at The Skin Practice.

The Background
With over 14 years in the skin industry, Jemma is a leading specialist and the founder of Plasma NI, Northern Ireland’s leading cosmetic lesion removal clinic. She specialises in high-precision Plasma technology and advanced corrective rejuvenation. She founded The Skin Practice to move away from industry shortcuts and towards a strictly regulated clinical framework.
The Qualifications
Advanced Practitioner: Level 4 Skin Specialist, Ofqual Regulated Advanced Micro-Needling, ITEC L4 Plasma Pen.
Higher Education: Currently advancing to RQF (Foundation Degree Level) in Skin Health and Clinical Management and Level 6 in Microneedling.
Clinical Specialisms: Plasma Technology, Medical Microneedling, and Advanced Lesion Removal.
Verified Advisor for Consulting Room: A role that reinforces my dedication to regulated, evidence-based skin science and skin-patient safety.
Prescriptive Authority: Fully qualified to dispense Skincult Clinical practitioner-only homecare.

Amber has spent her life immersed in the skin industry, developing an eye for detail and a level of experience that is truly second nature. Formally trained at the Roberta Mechan School and in Leeds for Ofqual Regulated Advanced Micro-Needling, she brings technical precision to every treatment.
The Qualifications
VTCT Level 4 Skin Specialist: Expertly trained in advanced skin needling.
Electrical Skincare Specialist: ITEC Level 3 qualified in advanced electrical modalities.
ITEC Level 2 Facial Skincare : Specialises in dermaplaning and maintenance treatments to keep skin vibrant and healthy.
SCC Dispensing: Fully qualified to dispense Skincult Clinical practitioner-only homecare.

Facilities & Operations
Behind the scene of our clinical space, Brian is the one who keeps the practicalities of the practice running safely. taking care of all the ‘Mans’s work’ that goes into maintaining a private office. Brian ensures our environment is secure, pristine and technically sound.
As Jemma’s husband, he takes personal pride in the foundation of the business. Handling the essential maintenance allows the rest of the team to focus entirely on your skin.
